Truhouse ensured I was kept informed of when the installation was planned and their fitter was excellent and courteous whilst fitting the door to my property. The product supplied is excellent but has only been fitted for a couple of weeks.

This is the second time this year I have used the services of truhouse. The first time they fitted a new front door with which I am very pleased. This time they replaced two windows in my porch, the work and quality of the product is excellent. In all my dealings with the truhouse team, whether speaking on the phone, going into the showroom, or with the fitter Dave, they are all courteous, friendly, helpful and provide an excellent service.

Very professional service from phone enquiry, measure-up visit and written quote, phone updates and installation. Would recommend, pricey but you get what you pay for. Had a black aluminium steel framed full glass door fitted – very pleased with it 😀👍

We are very pleased with the competitively priced window and sliding door truhouse installed. From the start, Dave and Mo gave us useful information about products and recorded all requests. Their work and attention to finishing was excellent. They made sure we knew how to use the locks, and they completed a check-list at the end of the job. I chose truhouse as they were a small local family-run business. I wanted new windows and doors for my own property and the property we rent out. From start to finish, truhouse were professional and would help in any way they could. The guys who came to fit the doors and windows were very professional and tidied up after themselves. Two very nice, friendly and professional guys replaced my ropey old conservatory doors this morning with two beautiful tailor-made doors which I have already noticed keep out the draught and noise. Everything was left spotlessly clean and tidy and the work was done by lunchtime. I wouldn’t call truhouse. a cheap option but the work is done with care and with good quality materials.

Truhouse are a very friendly company to deal with. We have had some not-so-good experiences with other companies in the past, and were pleasantly surprised to be dealt with so professionally. Dave and Mo, the fitters, were very friendly and we liked that they called us by our first names. All in all very happy customers, who would not hesitate to recommend truhouse.

Excellent service from start to finish. No hard sell. I approached them at the Hereford showroom. Excellent communication of when the door would be made and for organising the fitting date. Fitters on the day were great and did a very neat job. I would highly recommended them.

Helpful from day one. The team listened, to our aesthetic and financial wants and needs and helped us choose the right windows for our significant restoration project. Communication was spot on throughout the process. The guys who fitted the windows were helpful and worked brilliantly with our builder. All of the office team were thoughtful and kept us informed throughout. Couldn’t be more pleased with the end result and would recommend without hesitation.

I was slightly apprehensive having the windows replaced with frost on the ground, and having had a chequered past with double glazing installs didn’t help either, but I did not need to worry, the installation went like clockwork. The install team made really light work of a big job with a smile and a lot of professionalism. Once again a big thanks to all, getting decent support and quality workmanship is on the wain nowadays so it is nice to recommend a company where it still exists.

Right from the first call back they were friendly, courteous and helpful. The initial surveyor that came out to quote was knowledgeable and extremely thorough checking everything would fit correctly. Not at all pushy and about closing the deal. All communication was really easy, I always got a response to my emails and didn’t have to wait very long to have the doors installed. The installers were fantastic. I think my house was cleaner after they left than it was before! I am so pleased that I went with this company.
